The worldwide family of Chabad Lubavitch emissaries is heartbroken by the passing of our dear, beloved colleague, Rabbi Yehuda Dukes, 39.
Yudi, as he was known by all of us, fought a courageous and difficult battle since being hospitalized with Covid-19 in March.
A father of six, he was the director of JNet, a program operating out of Chabad Lubavitch Headquarters, which has paired Torah study partners around the country and around the world.
Over the past ten months, his wife, Sarah, has galvanized the prayers and random acts of kindness by thousands of people who were inspired by Yudi’s valiant fight.
Our hearts go out to Sarah and their children.
May Yudi’s legacy bring solace and comfort to the grieving family, colleagues and countless people who’ve been impacted by his journey.
