Cawley Chicago VP Ryan Freed recently completed the sale of 651 Amersale Dr., a 7,800-square-foot, free-standing office building in Naperville, IL. The building sold for $1,677,000, which is $215 per square foot.
“This sale came down to the adage, ‘location, location, location,’ said Freed. “651 Amersale Dr. was not on the market; however, the buyer had a location-driven requirement which led to one of the highest price-per-square-foot sales for a stand-alone office building in the past five years.”
Leibel Moscowitz of Vandon Forbes represented the buyer, Chabad of Naperville, while Ryan Freed represented the seller, American Sale.
