Hei Tevet marks the 1987 federal court ruling that the priceless Library of Agudas Chasidei Chabad-Lubavitch was not a private possession, but belonged to the Chabad Chassidim as a whole. On Nov. 23, 1987, after an appeals court confirmed the lower court ruling, the books finally returned home.
