So here’s a meditation to bring you serenity, happiness and good health. Memorize its flow, set aside some time each day to ponder the ideas, and let it run through your mind whenever needed during the day.
I am a heaven-to-earth transmission device.
My job is to receive and to transmit Infinite Goodness in high-fidelity.
I’m here to receive the signal from above as cleanly as possible, and amplify that signal so it plays in my world loud and clear.
I don’t want any noise or ugliness in my world, so I need to establish a strong, direct connection with the very origin of that signal.
What is the origin of the signal? It is the origin of all things.
What is the origin of all things?
The origin of all things is the delight and joy the Creator has in every one of His creations, His infinite love and compassion for each thing and for every person at every moment.
It is a hidden goodness, hidden because it is so powerful. So powerful that it is generating this entire universe anew right at this moment. So powerful, it could generate infinite universes without losing any power.
So powerful, that it has to be completely hidden from all things.
But I can tap into it. Because it resonates within me. I too, contain that hidden light.
I resonate with the conviction that at the essence of all things lies goodness, no matter how hidden it may be, no matter how firmly the world may appear to deny it.
That is why I feel safe. That is why I stay calm and happy.
I will not let go of that truth.
The earth beneath me may ominously rumble and the sky above me may flash fearful bolts of lightning, my hands may tire and my heart may leap inside me.
But I’ll never let go.
So that my transmission will be a divine signal; a beautiful, joyous signal.
No illness will find entry. No sadness will befall me. Only good and kindness will pursue me.
My world below will shine as the world above.
